Croissants

We hand-roll our croissants every morning. Not pulled from a freezer. Not “croissant-style.” Rolled.

The recipe is simple. We learned it in the New Orleans French style, which is a polite way of saying it should taste like you just stepped off Bourbon Street.

Plain, they are fantastic. Put one under a breakfast sandwich and they get even better. We call that a LVLUP.
