Nanner Pudding

Calling it amazing is an understatement. We have been to Magnolia. We have had the pudding everyone will not stop talking about. We would venture to say ours is better.

The recipe was a gift from Auntie Mae, a wonderful woman in Memphis. We took it and did our own thing with it.

It is a sometimes item. Not every day. More weekends than not, it is in the case. The big sellers are the Biscoff and the strawberry. We make them as parfaits, with stabilized whipped cream. One of the best things we put in that case.
