Focaccia Pizza

Here at The Nook, the focaccia pizza changes pretty much every day. Come back tomorrow and it will be a different one. That is the idea.
It might be Fireflower, which is buffalo chicken. It might be Harvest Moon, the vegetable one. Onions, peppers, garlic, and sometimes a hot honey drizzle. The honey is from Nettie's Bees, a small farm in Rochester, Massachusetts. It is honey. Not a bottle of cane syrup that waved at a pepper.
The ones people ask for most are Fireflower, the Swineapple, Harvest Moon, and the barbecue chicken.
Come grab a slice. Some people eat it at room temperature. Some people want it warm in a hurry, and a microwave will do that. If you are not in a rush, have us put it on the pizza stone. It takes a little longer. The bottom gets crisp. That is the way to enjoy it.
