Painkiller

Iced only
An iced Painkiller at The Nook CoffeeHouse

The Painkiller is a thick, creamy coffee. Fans of it will tell you there is no coffee quite like it.

It starts with a cold-pressed espresso made from a single-origin Mocha Java bean. You would think there is chocolate in it. There is not. The bean itself is round and chocolatey, with almond notes.

That espresso is blended with a sweet cream powder imported from France. The powder is GMO-free and lactose-free, so the drink can be made with almond or oat milk.

Dehydrated espresso crystals go into the mix, and the whole thing is whipped until it is thick and creamy.

The drink itself is 180 calories, plus whatever milk you choose.
