Girl Scout

HotorIced
A glass mug of Girl Scout hot chocolate with plain whipped cream and Thin Mints

You know the cookie. Now try the drink.

The Girl Scout is a heated-up chocolate mint. There is something about that combination that gives you the warm fuzzy feeling. Call it a holiday thing. Or call it the end of an Olive Garden feast.

Do not tell me you did not fight over those mints. They are Andes. Not the ones from the store, either. Olive Garden has their own, still stamped Andes, one layer of chocolate over the mint, wrapped in the restaurant logo. You cannot buy them. You can only lose the argument about who gets the last one.

Be sure to support the Girl Scouts. We sure do. Buy the box. Then come here and drink it like you have no plans for the rest of the day.

Hot or iced. Kid friendly. Dairy-free if you need it. Almond milk or oat milk. The powder is lactose-free.
