Carnival Bizarre

Vanilla base. Cotton candy syrup, whipped in. That is the Carnival Bizarre before anybody starts acting up.

Then we put Pop Rocks on top. They pop while you drink it. Your mouth thinks it bought a ticket.

Kids love it. Adults order it and say it is for the kids. Sure.

It is a carnival in your mouth. Iced only. We are not putting this in a hot cup.
